At Crown French Furniture we pride ourselves on our customer service....so our delivery service is no exception.
Delivery to UK mainland
We are proudly partnered with Pinnacle Storage Solutions Limited, a furniture delivery service which was established in 2003. They are an independent family run company offering a bespoke 2-man delivery service for every delivery and collection. Every delivery will be given its own unique identification code which then tracks the package through the delivery process from start to finish. This enables you to track and trace your own parcel at any time online. With an impressive fleet of vehicles Pinnacle are often able to fulfil deliveries within 10 working days of receiving goods into their warehouse. To find out the cost of delivery please proceed through to checkout and simply fill in your postal address, adding your desired items to your cart. Your delivery will then be calculated accordingly.
Delivery further afield
For the Channel Islands, Jersey, Isle of Man, Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland a third party courier may be used if we are unable to deliver directly ourselves. Additional charges will apply and our team will obtain these quotes for you upon request.
We appreciate the demands of work and life so our team will inform you of your date of your delivery in advance and will also give you a handy 3 hour window....so no need to wait in all day for a delivery. Hooray!
We offer two levels of service dependant on your needs:
Standard - delivery to your room of choice (subject to access)
White Glove - delivery to room of choice (subject to access), removal of packaging and full assembly. This is subject to an additional charge which will be quoted upon request.
Please note that all items delivered beyond the threshold of your home are carried out at your own risk. Access is crucial so it is important that you check that the items of furniture will fit through any passages, stairwells, landings and doorways. We encourage our drivers to go above and beyond to make sure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible, but please ensure you have placed adequate covering to protect your lovely flooring and carpets.
Delivery for orders containing multiple items -
For orders that have multiple products, your items may arrive seperately depending on availability, however you won't be charged for additional delivereies.
