As we run our own workshops we are able to offer you size alterations and custom-made designs.

Can i feel confident in the quality of the furniture?
Absolutely. Our furniture is crafted from high-quality solid woods like Beech, Mahogany and Oak, with expert attention to detail. Our in-house carpenters build each piece to last, combining timeless design with durable materials to ensure long-term beauty and reliability in your home.
Can I request fabric samples or wood finishes?
Yes, we’re happy to send fabric and wood finish samples to help you choose the perfect look. Just contact our team, and we’ll arrange for samples to be delivered so you can confidently match your furniture to your home’s style and colour scheme.
Do you offer bespoke or custom furniture?
Yes, we offer bespoke furniture options. You can customise sizes, finishes, fabrics and more to suit your space and style. Our team will work closely with you to create a unique piece that fits perfectly in your home and reflects your personal taste. See more
How long does delivery take?
In stock furniture is usually delivered within 5-10 working days. Custom or made-to-order pieces will take longer, around 10-12 weeks. Our team will keep you updated and schedule delivery at a convenient time. See more
How does delivery work?
If your order is in stock your details will be passed to the courier company who will contact you directly to discuss the delivery of your order. You will be offered a morning/afternoon time slot based on our courier's availability in your area. Once you both agree on a future delivery date you will be called on that day, approximately 1hr before delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all items. If you would like to have your order unwrapped, assembled and all packaging removed then you can upgrade to our white-glove premium service which is a £60 charge.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. For the Channel Islands and Isle of Man we use our team of trusted delivery partners. Please contact us for a quote
Do you offer furniture assembly?
Yes, we offer a white-glove delivery service where our team will assemble your furniture in the room of your choice. They will also remove and recycle all packaging, making the process smooth and hassle-free for you. Just select this service during checkout.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, contact our team within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We’ll guide you through the return process. Please note, custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll make sure the issue is resolved promptly and professionally.
