Delivery
We understand that life can be busy and waiting for a delivery can be inconvenient. That’s why we use a specialist courier company who provide an efficient delivery service.
We offer a 2-man delivery service for every delivery.
Our standard delivery service to mainland UK is free of charge. We offer a premium delivery option (£60) where our team will install the items and remove all packaging for you.
For mainland UK deliveries we are often able to fulfil these within 10 working days of receiving goods into our warehouse.
We also deliver to Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland – the rates are £350 and £395. You can select these during checkout. Please allow slightly longer delivery times for these regions.
How it Works
Once you have placed your order (if the item is in stock) your details will be passed to the courier company who will contact you directly to discuss the delivery of your items.
You will be offered a morning/afternoon time slot based on our courier's availability in your area. They will send you a delivery date via email and text message. You will need to reply to this to confirm the date. If there are any issues then please make contact with us.
Once you have both agreed on a delivery date you will be telephoned on the day by the delivery crew approximately 1hr before delivery. Please note: delivery to remote parts of England, Wales and Scotland may take slightly longer.
For deliveries to UK Mainland we aim to deliver to you within 10 days of your product arriving with us. This is on top of any wait for your item to become available.
Standard Delivery - £ Free
- Items will be delivered to your room of choice.
- No assembly, installation or packaging removal is included.
Premium Delivery - White Glove Service £60
- Items will be delivered into the room of your choice.
- Includes unboxing, assembly and removal of all packaging for recycling.
- Handled by a two-person delivery crew.
While we always do our very best to deliver your order on the specified day, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur. It goes without saying that we’ll reschedule your delivery as soon as possible.
Returns & Cancellations
While we hope that you’ll be thrilled with your new Crown French Furniture, but if you’re not that’s fine too.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order for any of our In Stock furniture, you can do so prior to dispatch.
Made to order - When it comes to designs that are made to order, if you wish to cancel, you will need to do so within 7 days of placing your order to be fully refunded. You will not be able to cancel, amend or return your made to order design(s) once the 7 days has passed.
Returns
We are confident that you will be thrilled with the furniture we deliver to you, however we understand sometimes you might have a change of heart.
You can return your delivery on the day, just let us know before we leave and we’ll take it away for no additional charge. We’re afraid that we won’t be able to refund your delivery charge.
You can return the item up to 14 days after receiving it. If the item is found to be faulty, we will replace it free of charge. If you decide on no replacement we will refund or offer an exchange to the value of the order. All we ask if that you please retain the packaging, as we can't accept returns without the furniture being repacked.
You can only return a mattress if it’s still in its plastic wrapping.
Bespoke orders cannot be returned, but we will offer a repair if needed.
